For those who have a cleaner, how much do you pay?

DM does cleaning on the side of her other job. She's currently charging £10 an hour and has been for a few years. We live in the North West.

Would she BU to increase her hourly rate?

£10ph for 2 hrs, but she is a very quick worker and often finishes in less, which I'm happy with as she still gets done probably twice what I would in two hours.
I'm in the Midlands. Wouldn't bat an eyelid if she gave me notice she was putting it up to £11ph.
