What the hell do I do with my hair!?

I’m 25, I’m a big with with a round face. At the moment I have quite thick hair which comes down to just below my boobs. It’s flat, boring, heavy and lifeless. I have a hair apt this morning and I need help!

I will get it thinned, but other than that I just don’t know what to do. Would a fringe suit a fat face or make it worse? Grin Aside from having the split ends off, is shorter better? I just worry it will age me/make me look even bigger..

I’m just so bored of it at the moment. It looks lifeless whatever I do to it!

Apologies for typos

I'm 33 and have hair past my waist!! So ignore the crap spouted by a previous poster!

SuzieQQQ

One of the stupidest comments I’ve ever seen on here, and I’ve seen some ridiculous ones!

Op, how about something like a long bob? They can thin the hair out and you can keep it sleek at the front. I have one and it makes my round face look thinner

Hairdresser. I have a round face so I personally avoid having a fringe because I look like a full on bowling ball. But I've had ladies come in with a round face who have had a fringe and it suits them.

I suppose it depends on the length of the fringe and the style.

How about a sweeping side fringe, layers. That style compliments most face shapes.

btw - WTF is *Maybe also some fouls?

Maybe she means this:

@Youwanapizzame you wear that badge with pride!

northernknickers · 01/08/2019 12:20

@Emcont how did you get on OP?

PickAChew · 02/08/2019 00:01

I have long hair, but at my age I’d struggle to grow my hair below my boobs

I so identify with that. At 20, I couldn't even grow it past my armpits, so no way could I grow it down to my hips at almost 50 :o

SuzieQQQ Go and look at a recent picture of Jane Goodall. Long hair at 85 and still absolutely beautiful.

TimeWastingButFun · 02/08/2019 01:57

Blimey, is 25 too old for long hair now? And what are fouls? A new world. As others have said, a longish side fringe sounds like it could work?

Mumsymumphy · 02/08/2019 02:08

I'm 45, have long hair but not long enough to reach my boobs. But then I do have hairy long boobs so maybe that's ok.
