What have you eaten today in this heat?

Curious if anyone else has next to no appetite.

I've had some cheese and crackers. Would kill for a Solero but DH ate the last one.

Bagel with cream cheese for breakfast. Jacket potato with tuna and cheese for lunch. A fruit pastille ice lolly and slice of leftover pizza for snacks. Not sure about dinner yet. The heat doesn't put me off my food at all!

Granola for breakfast
Ham and cheese bagel, fruit and crisps.

Loads of coffee.
Having salmon and salad for tea.

The aircon in our office is set to 'baltic' so I feel fairly normal.

Nothing. But my freezer now contains a large supply of ice cream and ice lollies, and the fridge is full of strawberries and watermelon, so that is about to change.

Pineapple, watermelon, strawberries and mango for breakfast.

Cottage cheese and red peppers on Ryvitas for lunch, followed by a bowl of cherries.

Vegan tacos with rice, salsa and salad for dinner.

I rarely lose my appetite!

I don’t lose my appetite in the heat. I also don’t eat cold things any more than usual. Having curry tonight. I drink loads of water, but I also drink loads of tea.

I've eaten fairly normally today:

B overnight oats
L tuna sweetcorn jacket potato and salad
S watermelon, nectarine, babybel

D will be Persian lamb and a bit of rice and salad.

I'm doing SW otherwise there would have been a lot of frappucinos and iced coffees featured 😂.

No added sugar yogurt with strawberries, blueberries, no added sugar muesli, almonds & cashews for breakfast.

2 cups of black coffee.

50million litres of water.

1 pink lady apple.

Dinner just now was wholewheat pasta with no added sugar vegan pesto, some grated cheese and steamed vegetables.

(Can you tell I'm a no added sugar fan?Grin)

Small salad with chicken
A lolly
Loads of water and cold cloudy lemonade.
No idea what I'm having for dinner. If anything. Fed the children but couldn't face eating when they did. Not sure if I'll have anything. Probably just more lemonade. Too hot for words.

My plans for the evening involve melon, blueberries and possibly an ice lolly

Kids had ice lollies for tea as it really is just too hot (they did eat other nutritious food during the day)
