AIBU to ask what slightly odd things your neighbours do?

I'll go first. I moved to a new house a few months ago and my new neighbours obviously hate the fact my cat craps in their garden (understandable!) They pick the poop up and either hang it on my gatepost or on top of my wheelie bin. I totally understand they don't want cat crap in their garden, and my sister's neighbour just flings it over their fence so at least my neighbour is more courteous but....why on my gate (half a foot from my bin) or on top of the bin? Just open the lid and put it in the bin, surely?! I would dearly love if my cats would crap solely in my own garden but sadly I cannot train that!

Anybody else want to volunteer their neighbour's slightly odd behaviours?

Oh I keep all my blinds closed a lot, because it’s hot indoors and my dog barks!

I don’t open my windows much in the Summer, it keeps the house cooler to keep windows closed in the day, but mainly it is because I have a wasp sting allergy, and if the windows are open we get them in the house. I worry that there will be one I haven’t noticed. I am getting insect screens so that I can have a window open at night.

I don't live in the UK, but in the last year one of my neighbours had been running an illegal gambling den (occasional all night drunken parties and lots of dodgy Korean beer cans and Oyster shells as evidence the next day until they were actually caught!)
And another was running some kind of dodgy exotic bird smuggling through his gaff and kidnapping the local pet cats and transferring them to another part of town to get rid to stop them stalking 'his' birds.
It's been a crazy year in my hood.
