So basically last year I started on sertraline for anxiety and depression and ever since I have been piling on the weight.
One area I'm particularly conscious of this my stomach and how I look pregnant.
What should I do??

Sertraline didn't agreed with me at all. I would say this weight gain is too big a side effect and you'd be better off trying another ssri.

Sorry if I’ve misread but have you had sex in the last 6 months or so - protected or unprotected?

Come on OP - best case scenario your mind is put at rest and you'll find out how to reduce the issue with some advice on how diet, exercise and medication might be contributing.

Worst case scenario if there is something to worry about you won't have to curse yourself in the future for not having taken action earlier.

I’m pretty small and I look like this after I eat a big meal. I have ibs and bloating
