How much to pay for a window clean on a 3 bed semi detached house.

Hi all, got a window cleaner coming today to clean our average size 3 semi detached house. I know the guy he charges £6 for a clean.

OH thinks that’s a bit cheap and he’s sure they will do a rubbish job. But seems okay to me??

Our windows aren’t overly filthy. Just need a freshen up where we can’t reach safely ourselves.

How much would you expect to pay on a 3 bed house??

And he uses a ladder

£15 for 3 bed semi SE England every 8 weeks or so

4 bed semi. We paid a local guy a fiver once but we were out while he cleaned them, I don’t think he cleaned them at all! Just took the money and never returned . Need to find another one... I looked on Yell.com once and some companies charge £60!

£15 for a 3 bed terrace. Every 3 or 4 weeks.

A man and his son do mine every month for £7, front, side and back windows plus front and back doors. North of Manchester area.

Ours is £10 for a 3 bed semi, this is in Essex and tbh he could have charged us anything. The previous owners hadn't told him they had moved and we felt bad about cancelling him when he was already halfway through the job!

I wonder why it’s cheaper in Scotland? We get more rain so the windows wash themselves?! £6.50 for 3 bed semi detached.

£6.50 for a 3 bed-semi including the conservatory. I'm in the NW.

£8 in the East Midlands.

Wow I think I'm paying too much, £20 every 6 weeks on a three bedroom semi, 7 windows, patio doors and glazed sections of front and back door.

3 bed semi here with two sets of patio doors, one set is huge too, and we pay 7 and they do a fantastic job!

£10 here for 6 bedroom detached with conservatory. He uses one of those water fed poles and no streaks

I pay £8 every four weeks. Eight windows, front, back and side plus French doors.

£20 monthly 15 windows plus patio doors in South East, also using one of those water fed poles
