To use only eggs to make omelettes?

I don't mean fillings but ingredients to make the actual omelette.

I just use eggs.

DD says her Dad puts water in the mix, prior to cooking. Also, Grandma uses milk?

I've never heard this, anyone else? Am I just some kind of a freak?

Just eggs and seasoning for omelettes and ditto for scrambled eggs. Both get cooked in butter.

Milk, and cheese, and pepper

Little bit of water no milk. Someone once told me it makes it fluffier if you use water instead of milk? I have no idea how that works or even if it does haha I've just always done it. I make scrambled eggs with milk though?

I'm now questioning my egg based dish cooking methods!

Only eggs and seasonings. We like the fancy Japanese one.

Eggs only for either omelette or scrambled eggs. Butter for cooking, salt and pepper, but no way milk or water.

I only use eggs (use milk for scrambled and especially but full fat milk just for this). Am now intrigued about the difference so may try the milk in omelette tomorrow

Omelette a splash of milk and salt and pepper in the raw eggs.
Scrambled eggs salt and pepper in the raw eggs and then a splash of milk once cooked to halt the cooking process and prevent over cooking.
As taught to me by my Granny who was Cordon Bleu trained.

Half a shell full of water per egg gives wonderfully light and fluffy omelettes. No water makes them too thick and I've never tried milk so have no idea.
