I would just like to say that since reading this thread pretty much all I’ve done is google variations of shark vs Gtech to try to decide which to buy as I am definitely going to get one. My current corded vax is a bit crap, I have a really bad back and 6 month old baby so I think that’s enough justification. Thanks for the nudge 😀

I've had a Shark Lift-Away a couple of months now, and it's brilliant. It also HAS HEADLIGHTS!!

You are all completely hilarious! And, next time I buy a vacuum, it will probably be a Shark, so I can hold it close to me and finally know what love is.

I felt the same way when I got mine. I still love my shark just as much as the day I got her.

Also love my Shark, well, Sharks. Got a package deal from AO, so have the corded and the cordless, best of both worlds. The cordless detaches into a handheld too and sucks up all the cat hair from our furniture. Brilliant.
