Just had sausages, cauliflower cheese, carrots and roasted spuds 🥔

Minted lamb burgers, chips, salad and coleslaw

Flatbread, grilled pesto chicken kebab (that fell of the sticks as I stupidly tried to do it when cooked 😂) grilled veg kebab and corn on the cob. Inspired by a meal I had out once which was much better but this was good too everyone liked. Got fruit kebabs for dessert 🤨 stick crazy here

Noodle miso soup here with veggie potstickers from the freezer section on the side. Felt guilty for not cooking so I made a courgette chocolate cake for pud

Nachos in front of the tv once kids are in bed. Kids having spaghetti Bolognese.

Chicken pasta bake with salad

Bolognese pasta bake (ready made from Asda), garlic bread and salad. Can't be arsed to cook

I made a lovely baked dish - layered courgette, leftover pork/beef pasta sauce from yesterday, and cheese. It was delicious! 👍

Indian takeaway

Roasted veg, rice and seasoned chicken

Got reindeer in the freezer so might pan fry some

Mushroom pasta with a nice salad of shaved fennel and courgette

Picked up ingredients for pea and paneer curry as well to make probably Sunday. and a jar of French fish soup to have for lunch tomorrow. Yum.

Steak, flat mushrooms and rocket. Prob a big glass of red wine!

And I also picked up a fuckton of cheese, because, Waitrose and hungry.

Halloumi fries with avocado dip and salad. Delicious.

Some fabulous sounding suppers!

Sweet potatoes, chopped and baked with garlic and salt/pepper, on a bed of rocket and lambs lettuce, with braised red onion and chilli reduction, and minted lamb burgers.

Planning to attempt crispy shredded beef with chilli sauce, but using a Simply Cook pack so hoping it will taste authentic!

Supermarket pizza (veggie supreme!)

We had leftover beg biryani with chicken pakora, salad, onion bhajis and poppadoms.

No idea about tomorrow, it depends on whether Dd is in or not.

I had some rigatoni pasta (the long tube one!) with plain tomato pasta sauce & veg super boring but actually really delicious!

Breaded fish from the supermarket and airfryer potatoes, (so a less greasy version of fish and chips), here.

It's starting to feel a bit more summery around here again, so I'm craving something a bit fresher and more summery for tomorrow evening. Which means it's going to chuck it down tomorrow doesn't it?

We had our main at lunchtime - creamy mushroom pancakes with pan fried asparagus and salad.

For tea I had a pretzel with broccoli & stilton soup and DH had some leftover pasta with cheese, ham & pesto sauce.
