@AmIRightOrAMeringue
Iris is a plant too ;)

SachaStark · 26/05/2019 13:41

Nooooo, not Bluebell as a first name. It’s silly as a first name.

Watchingthetelly · 26/05/2019 13:43

l'm sorry I dont like any of them. All a bit twee and sickly for my liking. There's a trend lately for really overly feminine names.

Couldn't agree with you more @FloatingObject

FloatingObject · 26/05/2019 13:44

@SachaStark
And the other kids will just call her Blueballs

EdtheBear · 26/05/2019 13:47

I was thinking you'd sound plant daft to go for Ivy Bluebell.

I do like Iris Olivia both are names that sound good in their own.

1Willow23 · 26/05/2019 13:48

Bluebell would be a middle name only.... not a first name....

Ivy Bluebell or Iris Olivia

Iris is lovely

What about Lois?

EnglishRose13 · 26/05/2019 13:54

I'm with @FloatingObject

Also, as you've already have a daughter with the same name as someone famous, having another called Ivy Bluebell makes it look like you lack imagination. People will assumed you've copied the celebrity names and that's a little sad.

Purpletigers · 26/05/2019 13:55

Iris is beautiful and goes well with Ruby .

EdtheBear · 26/05/2019 13:55

Blueballs - well spotted!
I was thinking Bluebell was open to lots of nicknames / ridicule, Blue Belly,

How about Isabelle, Bella?

wheresmymojo · 26/05/2019 13:55

Iris Olivia

Ivy Bluebell is one too many plant names together.

SerenDippitty · 26/05/2019 13:56

What about Olivia Grace or the other way around?

MarieToulouseBerlioz · 26/05/2019 13:59

My favourite is Iris Olivia then Ivy Bluebell. I'd probably go for Olivia Iris though myself! Or even Ivy Olivia... sorry I'm no help! Haha

My daughter was named well before the actress became famous.... so an unfortunate coincidence!!

Thank you lovely suggestions

Hi OP - it’s your choice, but could I suggest maybe not Ivy as it’s a weed that grows all over hoses and is a nuisance.

I prefer Iris to Ivy.

If you like floral names, what about Jasmin / Jasmine (or Yasmin) or Anais?

I know twins who are Ruby and Amber.

NorthernKnickers · 26/05/2019 14:16

I don't like any...sorry (flower names are not my thing)...but then, it doesn't really matter what anybody but you thinks OP. She's your baby and it only matters what you think!

Congratulations, whatever you call her 💐

1Willow23 · 26/05/2019 14:42

Thank you 😊

Iris Olivia is lovely.

I wouldn't pick Willow Grace as she might be neither willowy nor graceful Grin

Csleeptime · 26/05/2019 14:49

I like emelia Grace, realise that wasn't an option but like how it sounds with your other kids names.

Cariadne · 26/05/2019 15:00

Ivy on its own is pretty but I know about 4 baby Ivys so if that would annoy you, you might not want to use it. Bluebell sounds like a name for a cow or a rabbit so it would be a no from me. Emilia Rea is hard to say and also a rea is a hideous emu like bird which would put me off. Willow Grace sounds like the made up name somebody would give an original character in a lord of the rings fan fiction.

Iris Olivia is by far the nicest and if it has a sentimental meaning then that’s a bonus. Iris is a lovely name, really pretty.

TheNanny23 · 26/05/2019 15:04

Emilia Rea makes me think of gonorrhoea.

Iris Olivia by miles out of those. Though not sure Isabel, Ruby, Iris go as siblings names.

arethereanyleftatall · 26/05/2019 15:12

Honestly? I think they're all silly. All names that I can imagine being shouted down the aisle in Asda.
