And baby is in bed. Anyone else having such an exciting life?

I am at work waiting for someone to call me before I can disappear. I don't want to take the call in the train, so I am waiting here. As long as the trains work, it's not too bad, I can do everything else from home this weekend if needed.

DP is at work, DS is asleep, I've been working my way through my stash of M&S sweets and contemplating cracking into some more of our Easter chocolate stash... But really, I should just go to bed.

I'm in the kitchen on MN on my laptop.

Dh is in study watching something on his laptop.

Ds is on the PS4.

Dd and her boyfriend are monopolising the living room and watching a film on tv.

All good.

I’m at home only my own as DH away this weekend. All three children asleep. Hurrah! I’m drinking Limehouse aromatic gin and fevertree Mediterranean tonic with orange and pink grapefruit and lot of ice. Also trying to read a book and cuddle the spoilt needy dog simultaneously. Not easy.

Exactly the same scenario here. Child (18 mo) asleep. Husband and I in living room on our phones. In credit to me I'm only on mine as I tried 3 times to start up conversation with my hubby only to be told he was on his phone so I gave up! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Just got DD to sleep, DH putting DSD to bed and I am aiming to watch at least 30 minutes TV with him before I fall asleep!

Eldest is out at band, younger two asleep. I’m communing with a cup of tea and some random crap on YouTube. Should head to bed, but can’t be bothered to move.

Yes, but I've got a 3 year old who went to bed at 7pm and an 11 week old who was up with us, but unsettled every night so needs entertaining. He sleeps 9+ hours though! Currently sat in bed in the dark on our phones having put said baby in his crib half hour ago.

Will miss this when they're teens though!

Well I’ve had my pj’s on from about 4.30 pm...literally as soon I was home...

And we have been in bed since 8.30...dh is watching YouTube videos and I’m on here...fun times

DP has got a mate over for the weekend, they have gone to a gig & a few drinksh
I am dozing on sofa with ipad & ddog

Oh and I'm on MN, as per usual. It takes up most of my phone usage.

I just read to DD for an hour and a half. I said we’d finish the book, I didn’t think there was that much left. I had many housework plans for tonight, prolonged bedtime story has put paid to them so I’m faffing about on the Internet instead. I should get an early night as a ten year old who is an hour late to bed might be easier to deal with if I’m not grumpy from lack of sleep. But I’ve just discovered there is an event challenge on in Merge Dragons so I may be some time....

Husband is watching a movie with Gerald Butler (in it, not “with” him on the settee 🙂) I have no idea what’s going on, but occasionally look up to see yer someone else die in a really gruesome manner.

We’ve been married for over 30 years. We recently had a weeks break alone in our holiday/future retirement home. All we did was lie on adjacent sofas and read or mess about on iPads until about 8.30 at night. Then he’d head off to the local bar, I’d pour another glass of wine or cup of tea and go to bed before he came back.

Occasionally I’d look up and take a look at us and think “OMG, we are SO boring’ but on the whole we were perfectly happy with the situation. The overwhelming passion of our early life has passed but it’s been replaced with a deep contentment in one another’s company.

I'm in the bath on MN. Just ordered a pair of trainers though so I'm pretty excited about that 😂

My DSD started singing along to Cascada on a tv advert (shes only 8) so iv been on youtube playing some classic tunes from my clubbing days! DP & I both singing away....not sure if DSD was actually loving it or just humouring us to stay up past her bedtime lol

My husband is at work. He often works 14 hour days. Won't be home until pushing midnight. I'm used to nights on my own once ds is in bed

DH is at work until tomorrow.
I finished work at 6, came home showered, pj's on.
Currently in bed MNing with sky news on in the background.
I have a bottle of water, a bag of cheesy dorito's and a lidl Turkish delight.
I know how to live! :)

I was induced at 6.30pm, sent DH home at 9.30pm as nothing happening. I'm on MN and eating a blueberry muffin
