To think Radio 5 host Danny Baker cannot stay at the BBC?

The arrogance he has displayed and the total lack of remorse to an obviously racist tweet is more than enough justification.

I for one am utterly fed up of this clique of arrogant big mouths (DB, Russell Brand, Jonathan Ross et al) who think just because they work in the media, they are right all the fucking time. And because we are outraged, we somehow 'don't get it'. Emperor's New Clothes spring to mind.

In a few weeks time he will be back on the radio and prob BBC TV. I suspect he is doing 'a Clarkson' who got himself sacked from the BBC in order to go to work for Amazon Prime (and still hosted a BBC TV show a few months later.

I realised he was clutching at straws, but the fact there's actual evidence to add to the stupidity of his claims - this is really is the classic "oh yes, I WILL get away with my racism" - clearly what he thought all along.

DH pointed out tonight that DB has had a brain tumour and this can cause markedly different behavioural changes - I don't know, just a thought ? I also thought he (DB, not DH!) sounded pretty weird in interviews. For the sake of him and his family, I do hope its not the tumour recurring.

IF this was true, and we all know it isn't, wouldn't he be absolutely mortified when he realised?! He's not even remotely sorry.
I honestly believe he has done it on purpose for publicity for his stupid tour. Stupid man.

He had mouth and throat cancer eight years ago.
Just over ten years prior to that he expressed a wish, on his radio show, that the whole board of a football club he didn’t like had terminal cancer. So basically always been a nasty prick. Strangely, my DH, who did have a brain tumour hasn’t turned into either a prick or a racist. Hmm

There is absolutely NO WAY a prime time presenter didn't know Meghan had given birth and his frankly cringeworthy attempt at retraction was laughable.
