AIBU as I dislike lamb so otherwise would not get the pure delight of eating it on a roast. I also eat it with all the bits of a roast - potatoes, Yorkshire, veg and stuffing

Minted mushy peas do NOT, they DO NOT go with fish and chips! Our local chip shop always does this - awful.

When I do a roast no matter what meat we have stuffing, Yorkshire puds and mint sauce. 🤷🏻‍♀️Wouldn’t be a roast without!!

I put mint, apple and cranberry sauce with my vegan dinners sometimes all at once so yanbu although I know I am very unreasonable indeed.

I have mint sauce and gravy with every single roast dinner. I have since I was tiny.

I Used to get strange looks and mutterings from family (hosts) but I really don't enjoy it without a lot of mint sauce.

Mint sauce with chicken is nice. Mint jelly with chicken is even better.

Another mint sauce fan here. I have it on Porto instead of apple sauce which is just wrong. Can’t have fruit with my main!
