She won't have time soon to spray everything in sight with numerous chemicals? With a baby to look after she won't want to, or even have time to do this with a new born?

OP posts:
GunpowderGelatine · 05/05/2019 21:11

I hope so. She's helping ruin the planet and taking women back 50 years, one airhead at a time

Wheresmyvagina · 05/05/2019 21:12

She's been included in proctor and gamble adverts and she's been collaborating with minky. It's quite clear that she's being paid by these companies!

IHaveBrilloHair · 05/05/2019 21:12

I got deleted last time I posted my opinion of her, so let's just say I'm not a fan.

LimeKiwi · 05/05/2019 21:14

You know how fucking rude you are dismissing all women who like her as Airheads?
I'm anything but.
I've seen you on feminist type threads so I'm not surprised you've come out with that dragging women back shite comment.
If you really cared about women you'd realise that we're not all the same and have minds of our own.

GunpowderGelatine · 05/05/2019 21:15

And I will throttle the next person who says "I've Hinched the house". No love, the word is 'Cleaned'. Did no one clean before this woman came along?!

werideatdawn · 05/05/2019 21:15

The problem is...these types of threads just introduce more people to her. I only started following her after a rant thread on here about her!
I personally don't find her stories interesting anymore, I used to think she was quite funny and enjoyed the lighthearted cleaning stuff but the more it's turned towards relentless ads and gifts the less I've watched.
However she hasn't really done anything to anyone, yes she's selling stuff but no one is forced to tune in.. I can think of far worse people.

CleopatraComingAtcha · 05/05/2019 21:15

Women go on about feminism and women empowerment, but are the first to tear another woman down because she is different or does things in a different way.

I'm assuming the vast majority of her fans are women so the glorifying of cleaning and turning it into a hobby is an obvious subject for feminist critique.

DontVisitMe · 05/05/2019 21:16

I have four degrees, one a Doctorate and I think she's OK. I must be an airhead.

LimeKiwi · 05/05/2019 21:16

Exactly @wheresmyvagina, she's always said clearly in her stories

GunpowderGelatine · 05/05/2019 21:17

Lime making what's seen as "women's work", and has been used as a tool to keep women out the workplace and paid less than male counterparts (that they "belong in the home" is being touted as "fun" for the simple means of getting this woman money. She doesn't care about you, she isn't your friend, she's banking on you being sucked into the notion that spraying chemicals all over your home is liberating.

But I'm pleased to be gaining notoriety around these parts Grin and BTW calling someone a feminist is a compliment no an insult

LimeKiwi · 05/05/2019 21:22

calling someone a feminist is a compliment not an insult
Depends on your definition of feminist Hmm
You treat people like they're stupid and are utterly patronising by saying "she's not your friend."
I know she's not, I've never bloody met the woman FFS .
I like following her stories though, she's made me start wanting to look after myself and my house again instead of being meh, her humour cheers me up too.
If you don't, crack on with what you like and stop trying to pull others down.

Sparklesocks · 05/05/2019 21:24

I am not a fan but I can understand the appeal, the world is so confusing and dark at the moment, there are a lot of things out of our control - I can see why cleaning and keeping a nice home can provide an element of control and maybe make you feel more like you have your own special space amongst the chaos. I don’t begrudge people who get into it.

chocolateaddiction · 05/05/2019 23:15

I prefer TOMM

CitadelsofScience · 05/05/2019 23:27

I like her, she's a bit of stress relief at the end of the hideous bedtime routine. I'm not brainwashed, I've not bought a billion chemicals and I'm not going to.
I do still watch her because she's ill herself and now having a difficult pregnancy and been hospitalised, she's still funny though.

I would like to see her ditch the chemicals and wipes though but that's a learning curve for all of.

Sybelline · 05/05/2019 23:28

She'll probably hook up with ecover and get into the whole 'baby friendly cleaning products'.

Isadora2007 · 05/05/2019 23:30

Mrs Hinch. Whether she decides to breastfeed or not is entirely up to her. However being sponsored by a crappy company like Tommy Tippee or should I say Tommy Shittee is disgusting and immoral. They as a company disregard the WHO Code and this directly harms breastfeeding mothers and their babies. Lining the pockets of these companies is a disgrace and Mrs Hinch should be ashamed of helping to promote such a company and be bought by free gifts like the Perfect Prep machine. Perfectly crap, yep. Guess what actually produces milk at a perfect temperature for babies and actually doesn’t carry a risk of mould? Boobs! Yup- guess what, human milk for human babies is sterile and delivered at just the right temperature and with the exact right antibodies for each individual baby. THAT is what Mrs Hinch should be promoting- not taking these gifts and touting for likes at the expense of babies’ health.

So hopefully she has indeed peaked.

ZippyBungleandGeorge · 05/05/2019 23:31

AIBU to say I miss Kim and Aggie? Mainly Aggie as Kim is a proven nightmare

Fiveredbricks · 05/05/2019 23:32

Her baby will have the worst health conditions going if she carries on with all that cleaning shite.

I miss them too @ZippyBungleandGeorge they could clean a whole house with a lemon, some vinegar and a spray bottle and they actually cleaned things that were dirty too!

GunpowderGelatine · 05/05/2019 23:42

Fivered some people genuinely don't give a shit about the fact they're destroying the planet, their children's future, especially when it gets in the way of their fun Hmm

ZippyBungleandGeorge · 05/05/2019 23:45

@GunpowderGelatine I really don't get the whole Mrs hinch thing. I went to the bank at a local shopping centre a few weeks ago and had to get past a wall of her fans, they were queuing over half a mile to see her. Lots of them had the same hair and make up (and eyebrows), wearing t-shirts with her on them. One woman had a big Easter egg with her name (Mrs H) iced on it. It's madness.

Sagradafamiliar · 05/05/2019 23:48

I mean I don't really get it either, but I can't fathom how people get so het up and hateful over her.
'What does she add to anyone's life or society?'- imagine typing something like that. Fucking hell.

7Days · 06/05/2019 00:08

I always mix up Kim & Aggie, which one was which?

GunpowderGelatine · 06/05/2019 00:10

Kim - big. Aggie - Small

As in height before I get a bollocking Confused
