To ask if anyone else has this hacking, phlegmy cough and cold out of nowhere?

Second time this year I have a virus. This horrible phlegmy cough and cold. I'm hacking like I smoke 40 a day.

I was ill for ages a couple of months ago and now this!

I'm feeling sorry for myself

I had this over Christmas and new year, and couldn’t shift the bastard. I’ve been unwell this week with it. Now left with wheezing chest and hacking cough. The fun of being asthmatic 🙄

I had this over Easter and I was really unwell. Felt like I had flu.

Yep, since the beginning of December. Have had 5 lots of antibiotics, steroids, and multiple otc drugs, have had sinusitis with it since December also, and the consultant has said until he operates to drill more drainage holes in my sinuses and realign my nose, it will carry on, as the blocked sinuses have caused a delightful post nasal drip
