to shamelessly show off the cake I've just made?

Made for my ds1's girlfriend, to a set of insanely specific specifications from perfectionist Aspie ds1! Includes a miniature of her house from a blurry photo Grin

Now to work out how to transport it 20 miles on the train and up the hill to her house...

It’s utterly gorgeous. Hope they appreciate it!

DishingOutDone · 26/04/2019 16:45

It's beautiful. Although for those of you in despair of your own paltry efforts come over to my "I fucked a trifle" thread and find your people.

Miljah · 26/04/2019 16:55

Amazing!

handslikecowstits · 26/04/2019 16:58

That is wonderful!

OP, if you're still there, please reconsider getting the train. It's Friday, you won't get a seat. If you can, get a taxi and hang the expense.

RidgedPerfection · 26/04/2019 16:58

That is beautiful; I am sure it will make your DS and girlfriend very happy indeed!!

MrsBungle · 26/04/2019 17:00

That is fabulous, Greensleeves, give yourself a pat on the back.

tessieandoz · 26/04/2019 17:03

Beautiful and made with love. Good luck with the transport though !

Hazlenutpie · 26/04/2019 17:07

Fabuuuulous

TheTreeHearsYourSecret · 26/04/2019 17:09

That is a fantastic looking cake, almost too pretty to cut in to. I hope it survives the journey.

Dagnabit · 26/04/2019 17:14

Beautiful!! I make cakes; they taste good but look like a car wreck so I have to cover them in fudge icing and sweets Grin

If you do transport in a bucket, line it with loads of clingfilm which overhangs the bucket then you can lift it out easily in theory

BendydickCuminsnatch · 26/04/2019 17:17

Aw well done! She’ll be delighted!

Are you both getting train together? If so one hold cake (in box obviously), other press the door buttons? It will be fine on overhead parcel shelf thing too. Or picnic cool bag - I suggest that as they have flat bases generally - in a box of course.

JustDanceAddict · 26/04/2019 17:18

So cute!

Supersimpkin · 26/04/2019 17:24

Your cake is utterly lovely. It blasts joy. Massive well done.

BettysLeftTentacle · 26/04/2019 17:27

That’s really lovely and what a thoughtful lad you have there!

TokyoSushi · 26/04/2019 17:29

Oh I would LOVE this cake!! Beautiful OP!

OutwiththeOutCrowd · 26/04/2019 17:31

If you are not already doing so, you could easily make money

a) selling your cakes

b) giving cake decorating classes

(Sorry to be mercenary!)

BendydickCuminsnatch · 26/04/2019 17:34

.... once you’ve registered your kitchen, got your insurance, found people to pay you what you’re worth 😄 sorry, derail... I might be a bit jaded haha

wLuytgNx · 26/04/2019 18:13

Erm.... no one has mentioned the most important part....

WHERE DOES SHE LIVE.... This is like the dream home location, top of a hill, running stream, rainbows and flowers... I need this house!

ForgotwhatIcameinherefor · 26/04/2019 18:16

I love it!
Well done you x

TurquoiseAndPurple · 26/04/2019 18:18

Absolutely STUNNING! 😍

pearldeodorant · 26/04/2019 18:33

It's so beautiful! You're so talented

OutwiththeOutCrowd · 26/04/2019 18:38

You'll have to buy another cake, though, so she's got one to gaze at in admiration and one to actually eat.
