A reality TV star sold me fake Louis Vuitton purses

So I regularly go to a certain bootsale. I recognised one of the stall holders from TV. She was selling lots of name brand stuff and I spotted 2 LV purses, I asked her if they were real, she said yes. I thought because of who she was I'd trust her. Got home and cross checked the purses, turns out their fake. I mean it's not so much the money, it's the principal! I would have thought someone like her would have been trustworthy. I emailed her press management listed on her page, they've emailed me back stating they will process a refund. AIBU to be so annoyed?

Presumably because they're recognisable so there's a way of tracking them down if they're dishonest.

For all those saying nobody would ever sell genuine bags at a car boot - around 10 years ago I paid £15 for a Louis Vuitton and a Gucci bag. I had them verified and sold the Louis Vuitton one for around £600 and the Gucci one for around £200. Unbelievable but true!
