Gah... so much to do today and somehow managed to drink too much last night (I know I know) but now I must rally and fast.

I feel deathly.

What are your tried and tested?

So far I've had toast with Nutella and peanut butter and a pint of sparkling water

Vomiting. It will make you feel much better. That's how I spent Mother's Day...

Resolve! You can buy it from any supermarket or chemist. It's technically for an upset stomach but it is the BEST thing for a hangover. Helps your head and your stomach. You have to dissolve it in a glass of water, it's not nice but it's worth it. Then plenty of fluids.

Too late now I know, but can't believe that it took so long for someone to say Resolve! It used to be marketed for hangovers (1980s/90s), and it is fab - wash it down with a flat Irn Bru. Dioralyte is also good - I'd take the Resolve in the morning, then keep topping up with dioralyte during the day - helps with getting the water down too.

Then sandwiches. Egg is good, or whatever you fancy. I'd take them into work and have them on and off during the day. Loads of water (or dioralyte) to keep sipping on too.

Then an all day breakfast for lunch, and you should be feeling tip-top.

My cures are vitamin c (I normally have those dissolvable 1000g tablets), 2 paracetamol and a cup of tea.

Then go back to sleep for s couple of hours.

That's my cure for everything and anything!
