Gah... so much to do today and somehow managed to drink too much last night (I know I know) but now I must rally and fast.

I feel deathly.

What are your tried and tested?

So far I've had toast with Nutella and peanut butter and a pint of sparkling water

Fuckton of water. Nurishment shake. Sleep through it

Alka seltzer all the way! The XS one is best! It's a miracle worker 😊

A banana, and a can of coke or a carton of ribena, vit c tablet, neurofen.

Pizza, sex, coke, paracetamol, Mars bar. Will just about make me functioning, unless it's That Hangover that is never spoken about.

Extra strong mints! Suck on them all day long to help settle your stomach and a bag of beef hula hoops and isotonic drink.

Double dose of Berocca

Lucozade sports and Tesco chocolate doughnuts

If you don't have to work or drive a large Bloody Mary will sort you right out!!!

Dioralyte and travel sickness pills if it’s really bad.

Can't believe the PPS suggesting sex!

Salt and vinegar crisps, berocca or Powerade, alka seltzer.

Cold Relief tablets rather than paracetamol as they also contain caffeine.

I should have been clear that you ingest the Berocca and expel the poo.

Slush puppies- strawberry ones are particularly good. Teamed with a swim in a cold pool.

That’s how I get through my whole life though to be fair.

Ah yes. A 3mile barefoot run on the beach followed by a dip in the Pacific Ocean is THE best cure I've ever found.

Another vote for dioralyte (sp?) Or isotonic/sports drinks, replaces some of the things you lose with dehydration, water, ice pops used to sort me out when I was thirsty but scared to drink in case I threw up, then the above and lots of carbs,
fresh uncut bread, toast, big fat burger, and coffee and paracetamol.
Hope you feel better soon, it's coming up 2 years since I had a major hangover, tends to focus your mind on your stopping point when your mother discovers you face first in the toilet, fast asleep, looking like you've been dragged through a hedge backwards still in clothes and makeup, having used her key to get in, the next midday!

I vote for drinking more alcohol and then you don’t have to think about the hangover till tomorrow.

Or failing that lots of salt, sugar and carbs!!
