I have just attempted to do some shopping, I have a prolapsed disc in my neck and had to take my dog in for an operation this morning.

I an in so much pain and worried about my dog and just totally lost it. Please tell me that I am not an idiot but just really struggling at the moment.

It's fine. I normally cry at the wheel! So long as you feel better for it, let it out! Hope all goes well.

Oh bless you. I've had a prolapsed disc and they are absolute agony. And with you being worried about your dog as well, it's perfectly understandable. Flowers

If you go to customer services they will help you. Or find someone eating a green lanyard if you don’t want to help- they support disabilities and I believe hadmve has specialist training

Bless you. Its hard to cope when you're in pain. And you're worried about your dog too. I hope you're feeling better this evening.

Just remembered. I cried to the British Gas man who had come to service my boiler and he had to give me a hug. Also to the builder on a different occasion and to the Sainsbury's delivery lady. We've all done it.
