Royal circle £325 for myself and 2 daughters. Seats cut into my thigh. Barely room for my feet and knees . No arm rests. The show is quite long and no way will I to go back and see it again at this theatre. Shame, it was a brilliant show. Really disappointed - any one have this experience?

Saw Hamilton two months after it opened. Cheapest seats in the Grand Circle because I refuse to pay silly money (and I work in the industry). I'm 5ft 10. No issue with legroom or discomfort and fab view of the stage.

I've only twice ever paid more than £45 for a ticket in the West End and only once have I ever felt the seat was uncomfortable and that legroom was poor (balcony in the Coliseum).

But yes, always, always, use Theatremonkey.

As well as looking on Theatre Monkey for reviews of seats, you should also look on Seatplan which has photos of the view from seats. seatplan.com/london/victoria-palace-theatre/

@Glorious Unfortunately Seatplan is not wholly reliable because people can post their own photos on there and they don't always do so accurately. Example on your own link - look at Grand Circle E7 and E8. That can't be E8. It's far too close to the aisle! A quick glance at a couple of other seats also shows people aren't correctly uploading photos because the views from neighbouring seats simply aren't possible.

we are off to see Dear Evan Hansen in a few months, anyone know what the grand circle seats at the Noel Coward theatre are like comfortwise?

@ShatnersWigIsActuallyAMammoth. Interesting! I agree that the photo said to be from Grand Circle E8 can't be correct. It hasn't always been the case but for a long time now you've had to upload a photo of your ticket (which isn't made public) so that they can see / double check the seat you were sitting in. Looking at the reviews for Grand Circle E7 and E8, alexhorner's review for E7 is verified. justinjames' review for E8 isn't verified but rochellebalboa's review for the same seat is verified. karenstratton's photo and review for E9 is also verified. However, it is annoying when websites get it wrong! Fortunately, I don't work for them but I do submit reviews - with the correct photo...

I've seen Hamilton 4 times and some of the seats are much better than others, I had no problems in the stalls and the royal circle but the grand circle was a little cramped. I'm in a box when we go again in July which I'm stupidly excited about 😂
