Yeah I'm of the view that Irina is a beard - in the same mode as Nicole Kidman. Ie they are both gay and it's a business relationship which is convenient for both.

GaGa like many theatrical singers (like Streisand) is a gay icon. It was a 'show', in the showbiz capital of the world.

Maybe they’re in non-monogamous relationships and neither of their partners feels threatened because it’s all upfront and mutuallay agreed. I mean, I know we’re supposed to pretend that lifelong monogamy is what everyone is seeking, but I’d not be surprised if it was the case at all.

My Aussie friends all said Nicole was thought to be gay before she met Tom Cruise. She filed for divorce the day it was 10 years of marriage. The deal was he helped her career.

It doesn't really matter if she's gay or not or her current relationship but I'm very sure about Tom C. He propositioned my male mate. Also would put Travolta in that category.

Anyway, I'd go with Bradley being the same. Don't agree with Clooney, Pitt, Gyllenhall or Will Smith.

Hopefully in future Hollywood will enable more people to be openly gay and play leading romantic male leads. But it doesn't happen that much today does it?

@Imissgmichael you don't know anyone who thinks she's a good actress? The amount of praise I've seen is insane so that just suggests your social circle is very limited. Have your own opinion about her acting but don't be snooty and self righteous about it. The critics speak for themselves.

I thought it was shite too. Both characters were devoid of any redeeming features. I cry at EVERYTHING. ..but i was totally unmoved. There was no chemistry. Lady Gaga was ok at acting but certainly not brilliant. The film was bitty. Just shite.

I've seen a few interviews Gaga's done and she just seems to have this 'flirty' look about her when she's talking to a man. She was looking at Mark Ronson in the same way last night I think it's just an natural part of her demeanor. I find it a bit irritating.

Surely it's time one of the big actors come out if they are gay and prove that it doesn't matter. The beautiful Heath Ledger managed to film love scenes with some bloke for Broke back Mountain. It didn't matter that he was attracted to woken in real life, he acted. It really is sad that it would affect any actors career for being honest about who they're sexually attracted to.

Singers often duet with other singers so faking chemistry is something that Gaga is probably very used to. I didn't find it any more convincing than other romantic duets out there. Lots of eye contact is lesson 1 of pretending to be interested.
