We are moving next week and we are planning to dig up a tree and take it with us, plus other stuff. Did say we would take one or two setimental plants...

Well ... some people chop down trees in bloom - just because its their fucking garden. At least OP's tree is safe. I'd worry more if it might die as it is a mature one and roots will be disturbed big time. I don't have any trees in our garden but if we move, fuck all the perennials and shrubs I planted on that square empty lawn are going with us! I'd say though that they are excluded from sale.
