Has the loudest purr ever! Even when she was a kitten it sounded like she was breathing through a fog horn. She's 10 now

This one purrs like mad his brother licks and his other brother loves to hide when I'm doing the washing we always check they arnt in the machine before switching on he waits till the last possible minute and bounces up to me purring like mad

This is fat twat cat also known as Soots

He has purr that vibrates his body but with no noise. He also thinks he is one of my kids and has to sleep with me at all times

One of our cats doesn't purr like an actual cat but makes a 'chirrup' noise instead when he's feeling happy. It's the oddest thing, he's a bit defective generally but I don't want to mention it to him in case he gets a complex about it.

This is my boy Claude, he’s very loud (noticed upthread there’s another Claude!)

This is Pandora, Claude’s sister/littermate. She’s skittish and so petite, very dainty.

This is my boy Buddy, the one who sounds like a mouse lol. He’s very affectionate and loves to be cuddled up in your arms like a baby!

Andantes but not least my Lily, our resident chubster. Always eating, super affectionate and totally demanding. If I’m not paying her attention she will gently nip my ankle, bat my cheeks with her paw or if I’m standing she will attempt to climb me like a tree. It hurts. Her and Buddy aren’t related to each other or to Claude & Pandora. I pressed post on Claude’s pic before I’d finished. He’s also super affectionate and very vocal, and likes to lick my hair when I’m trying to sleep, god knows why!

Awww, don't leave any of these gorgeous thread fluff balls out too long or me and my ginormous handbag will be along :)

I have one like yours MamaBear2181, amazing how loud the squeak can get when there's fresh roast chicken in the oven though!

Here he is, having worn himself out by 'making love' to the fridge door until hand fed prawns were forthcoming :)

My really loud purr (and snore!) shadow, who since I broke my knee follows me to the loo and waits to guide me back in case I fall (get lost/forget to arrange food)

Next time I’m struggling to sleep I’m going to play that cheetah video! Can’t use my own purr machine as I have to be stroking her repeatedly and if I nod off I get tapped or nudged to carry on
