If you ordered this on Amazon, what would you expect to receive?

How many packets would you expect to receive? And which ones?

Omg Amazon gets more like eBay with its ambiguity every day.

I'd expect 6, one of each listed.

They sent you the wrong thing.

It's "herb collection 4" which must mean they have various other collections (ie, 1, 2 and 3 at least) and the collection is 6 separate seed packets.

They can't NOT do refunds if they have made a mistake. Amazon will refund you immediately and get to work on the seller. I've been there, got the refund. Not for seeds though.

And yes, I read it as collection (number four) of six seeds.

Just had a look on Amazon. It quite clearly states that HERB COLLECTION 4 costing £3.70 is a “selection of 6 Fresh Herb Seeds Oregano, Coriander, Sweet Basil, Mint, Rosemary & Thyme so I would definitely expect all 6!
The 1 you show as having received is “the Italian Herb Collection” seed discs, which only costs £1.35.
Definitely been sent the wrong product, so email or phone Amazon. To tell them.

I would expect to receive 4 packets selected from the 6 that have been shown. However, I can see that it is ambiguous.

I would contact the vendor informing them you consider the advert to be miseading at best or misrepresentation at worst. I would request a refund under Consumer Rights Act 2015.

I would think herb collection 4 was the name of the item, not the number of herbs in the item. Like Chanel number 5.

Herb collection 4 is a selection of 6 fresh herb seeds. I’d expect 6 packets of different types, especially considering the price and the star rating. Otherwise I’d worry that I might receive 6 individual seeds.

Just to to Amazon live chat and they will refund it straight away, you probably won't need to return it

Just had something similar, OP. Ordered a thumping big (live!) cactus from Amazon. Choice of 30cm or 40cm height, including pot.

Thought what the hell, pay more and get the monster one.

Arrived today and height isn't even 20cm. Nice bough cactus but paid for a monster sized one and want a monster sized one.

Will try seller, then online chat.

A bit tedious to have to rebox and return to seller.

I think Herb Collection 4 = Herb Collection Number 4, not 4 packets

Agree with PP that can't understand why anyone thinks they would be getting four packs of seeds from that description 😂 no wonder some businesses try it on

I have used my Gift Card for some flower seeds. Will update with what arrives!

Chives and parsley aren’t even mentioned in the original listing! They’ve definitely sent the wrong item or have purposely ripped you off.

It clearly states it’s a selection of 6 and names them. There’s no way it would be 4. 4 is the number of the collection.

I'm sure I've seen those seeds in the £ shop, definitely not what you ordered glad you have got it sorted.
