If you ordered this on Amazon, what would you expect to receive?

How many packets would you expect to receive? And which ones?

Fired up myself the computer and will chat to Amazon customer support - I paid with a gift voucher, will that make any difference?

Complain to Amazon, you did not receive what what advertised and based on the price were ripped off.

No, they’ll just refund to you account so you’ll have a balance on amazon

The description is ambiguous, what you got and what the picture is are different, the dimensions might be correct, though.

I've literally ordered this and got 6 individual packets!

I recently ordered one thing and was sent another.

Complained.

They asked was there anything wrong with the product.

I pointed out that it wasn't what I ordered.

They told me to distribute amongst friends, and they would refund me 35%.

I said 'no', and demanded original item to be sent.

They said 4-6 weeks.

Am still waiting...

I would expect a random selection of 4 of the 6 shown.

One of the reviews says "Only one out of the six packets of seeds grew"

I searched for the item and don't think it's misleading at all, it's definitely for 6 packets, and the item you received has a totally different packet. I searched for 'de Ree seeds' and they were the first and second results, sold by different sellers. Unless it's possible you clicked on the wrong link and ordered the wrong item, I would say you have been sent the incorrect item - check your order history to make sure that you actually ordered what you think you did, and if so, complain to Amazon. Fwiw, I think the listing for 6 packets is completely unambiguous, buyers should receive 6 packets.

They've also filed a complaint with the seller even though I didn't ask them to, but I have a refund!

Might I suggest you try eBay instead.

It is absolutely a listing of six different types of seeds-- and yes, it's not even all the same plants!! Completely unsatisfactory. I hope you have luck with the refund!

I know you have your refund now but I also read that as 6 packets. The 4 means that they sell a variety of seed packs and this is selection number 4.

I would’ve expected one big packet, with 6 little packets (one of each herb) inside, from the price.
But what you got were seed discs!!!!!

There are different herb collections with different herbs and the OP chose collection number 4. I would expect to receive 6 packets of seeds from collection number 4.

I don’t know why people are saying you should only get 4 packets. It says collection 4, which is 6 packets of seeds. Sellers sometimes have various options, which are listed under a drop down, maybe collections 1,2 and 3 have different selections of herbs etc, but you should definitely have got the 6 seeds mentioned in the listing for option 4! They’ve just sent the wrong one I reckon.
