Banana-gate

DH offered to get a few needed things from the supermarket, including 'RIPE bananas'. I explained to him that I needed ripe-as-possible ones because I'm making a banana loaf this afternoon.

He returns with GREEN BANANAS.

I've had a bit of a pop at him - as in, why do you never listen, and he says I'm being unreasonable.

AIBU to make him go back to the shop? Or shall I just go myself? Or miss out on delicious banana bread and do it tomorrow?

Teeny tiny first world problem, obviously.

bestestbrownies what are you like with strawberries?? It's the other way about for me and strawbs! I only like real actual strawberries, cannot bear them in jam, or anything strawberry flavour, I'd sooner die than go near a strawberry yogurt.

Good question. Usually the amount of sugar which creates a different texture.

Ffs. Just pop them in the oven on a low temperature wrapped in foil for ten minutes.
