Nosey! I am starting mine today..and the thought of sald makes me want to cry.

So far....shredded wheat and milk. Decaf tea

Oh and so far iv drank 2 litres of water so all that running up and down the stairs to pee has surely done a pound or two Grin

Today I’ve had :

Overnight oats
Quorn bacon and salad sandwich on no crusts bread side of clementines
Snack of belvita
Tea will be a smallish portion of vegetable pasta (loads of veggies) with Linda McCartney sausages cut up to meatball size with a large side salad

If I get peckish later on I might have some fruit, but I should be fine on that amount

Hmmm... I not the best dieter when out of my routine.

2 biscuits with coffee on the course
Round of sandwiches (some turkey some tuna) a couple of crisps and a pear. Cereal bar.
Dinner is cooking now. Roast chicken with roast parsnips and veg.

West End work out class tonight.

Lunch: home made veg soup with cheese.
Dinner: Quora pieces stir fried with veg.

Yogurt, banana, honey and nuts for breakfast.

A biscuit at baby yoga.

A couple of cocktail sausages and a slice of cheese.

I haven’t had lunch yet as dd had a teething episode when we got home from yoga. It will be a veg frittata and salad, it’s in the oven.

Dinner will be chilli and rice.

Doesn’t sound great but my only aim is to reduce starchy carbs and sugar (not cut out) and avoid booze. So pretty good!

Breakfast - 2 x wholemeal toast with reduced sugar jam and no butter (213 cals)

Lunch - chicken arrabiata soup (209 cals)

Snack - 2 x granny Smith apples (160 cals)

Dinner - homemade chicken paella (700 cals)

Dessert - 4 finger kit kat (210 cals)

Totals just under 1500 calories, and I've done just over 20000 steps today so I'm happy

Week 2 on SW.
Breakfast Overnight oats and berries (40g oats, 0% fat natural yog and frozen raspberries, blueberries and cherries

Coffee and Tea with milk

Lunch Jacket potato, tinned salmon, extra light mayo and salad

Dinner steak, butternut squash crinkle cut 'fries' from sainsbury's, mushrooms, tomatoes and green beans

Maybe some fruit later

Can’t do Keto as don’t really eat much meat

So it’s healthy carbs and vegetables for me and loads of exercise

Each to their own !!

I maintained weight loss then gained
Over Xmas . Was interesting too see that exercise aside having shit loads of
Mince pies , beer , cheese and Lindor made me gain half a stone in a 3 week period Angry

It’s all diet !

Having ribeye steak and spinach for dinner, around 6pm then nothing else until mid morning tomorrow. I've had no wine for a week. Halo

Boiled eggs and avocado for brunch and just had 5 squares of fruit and nut.

I’m calorie counting with MFP and having whatever I want within my cals.

I’ll have garlic and herb lemon sole, mash and peas for din.

Snack - Blueberries
Lunch - Wholemeal Pitta with Chicken and salad
Snack - Apple
Dinner - Turkey breast roasing with corgette, tomatoes, red onion and garlic

Gym BEFORE work on an empty stomach followed by...
B - banana, tangerine, apple
L - bulgur wheat salad with tomatoes, pomegranate seeds and feta, Aldi rip off Muller Lite
S - thin bagel and sliver of cheese
D - sweet potato, aubergine and black bean chilli
Will probably have an almond milk/water options hot chocolate before bed. According to my Fitbit I’m on course to burn 2600 calories today. Have lost 4lbs since 1st January.

I'm 5:2ing and it's a low calorie day today.
Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: porridge made with water (approx 230 cals)
Tea: garlic chilli mussels with peppers, onions and tomatoes (approx 150 cals)
Snacks: one raw pepper and one carrot
Drinks: tea with milk (I don't count the calories in the milk!)

T - scrambled eggs with bacon, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and red onion, eaten early as doing exercise class later

Dinner will probably be pork chop in creamy mushroom sauce with a shit ton of braised red cabbage.

Lunch: homemade veg soup and a slice of seedy bread, then a ww yogurt
Tea: making Swedish meatballs, mash and veg.
Will probably cave in a have a couple of ginger nuts with a cup of tea later. Trying to get back on track as I lost weight last year but put it all back on again.

L - prawns, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, celery & avocado

D - Tuna steak, broccoli, green beans, peas & a couple of baby new potatoes

Plenty of black tea & lots of water.

Big smoked tofu salad for lunch

Banana

Prawn and veg stir fry with rice noodles

Tiny bit cheese, teaspoon Greek yoghurt and 3 grapes as I make the kids packed lunch

That leaves me with about 250 cals for pudding. I was due to have a bit of yoghurt and some dark choc. I might have a minty aero

I'm doing sw. I had a chopped banana on toast for breakfast and a jacket spud with vegi chilli for lunch. Haven't had tea yet but may be gammon and vegetables

I would obviously usually have something proper for breakfast 😇 but AF is here 🤬

Still. My limit is 1350 and I'm under it!

I'm doing WW:

B - Warburtons thin bagel with lightest Philadelphia, slice of wafer thin ham and a poached egg

L - Home made vegetable soup with 2 slices of small wholemeal bread

D - Maggi bag tikka masala with chicken breast, mushrooms, peppers, green beans, onions and half a boil in the bag rice

Snacks - banana, Alpen light bar, 3 squares of Bournville chocolate, a 5-cal jelly, bag of snack-a-jacks and a few cups of tea with sweetener and Bob milk
