Urgent help needed!

I'm panicking. I've been invited on a last minute break, I am so excited to get away for a bit but then the dread set in. I've been hiding my flabby tummy under baggy jumpers all winter and it's got out of hand. How can i tone up a little and feel a little better around myself around 5 skinny Minnies? 😩

So, I've just done my first workout and boy, was that intense. 8 minutes in and I wanted to quit. And on s couple of the exercises I did stop sooner than I should have.
And that was just level one but I'm going to stick at it.

Well done 3littles, it gets easier the more you do it - well it's always hard, but you can go longer before wanting to quit, and eventually go all the way through without a break.
(You might still want to die cry at the end)

Well done @3littlesandme for your first day. I promise it does get easier. I have 6 more days to go before the 30 days is up and I think I could probably go through level 1 without stopping now (and I stopped heaps at first)... I can't get through level 3 doing everything without pausing yet but I'm hopeful. Once I'm done I'm going to do it all again and see how I've improved.

I didn't take measurements but I've lost 9lbs over the last month through this and healthier eating and I can see muscles in my arms, my legs feel much less flabby and I feel stronger. Oh and my jeans are looser. Good luck with yours, just keep at it when it's hard. I like to swear at Jillian a lot Grin

@AriadnePersephoneCloud well done. Do you see and improvement on your waist/tummy area too?
I've not taken measurements but I've weighed myself this morning, will do so again on day 10.

@WhoIsBU thanks. I didn't cry at any point, well not a blobbing cry anyway

FlashingLights101
keep going!

Go easier on the session, and give yourself more time to recover. If you can only do 2 sessions a week, that's plenty for the first weeks. Take month 1 as a warm-up, it's better to do less than to give up
