I'm stuck in bed with flu so have been Netflix binging. Got me thinking how many excellent AIBUs the story has in it.

AIBU to really fancy my married boss?
AIBU to think lobster in the Xmas play is PC gone mad?
AIBU to think airport security has got really slack?

Yes *LittlePaintBox'! And once you take away that entire brass band there aren't that many guests at the wedding, so I assume the bride and groom only invited people they actually knew. Why have neither the bride or groom noticed there are a load of strangers at their wedding?

Albert - yes they leave those scenes in but it's usually shown later at night with that version.

My boss called me into his office to tell me I should invite one of my colleagues out for a drink and tell him (casually) that I want to have lots of sex and babies with him.
AIBU to report him to HR?

AIBU to think that my friend should stick to her day job and not try to be a grief counsellor? Who tells a man who is grieving for his late wife that 'no one wants to shag a cry baby' just after her funeral? (Unless he were to meet Claudia Schiffer obviously. Grin)

AIBU to worry that a child in my son's class is hyper-sexualised? Apparently he told my son that his mother (now sadly deceased) and his step-father had had sex in 'every room in the house', he has taken an abnormal interest in fixing up said stepfather with a new woman, and has also pestered a girl at the school to kiss him.

AIBU to tell you about Red Nose Day Love Actually 2? It was made for charity and follows up on Love Actually 14 years on. There is a US and a UK version. There are important extra bits in the US version. It's short but I loved it. 💓

One of my dirty little Christmas Secrets! I thought the final scene was the next December. I was probably sniffling a bit at all the heartwarming airline ad good vibes.

Red Nose Day LA2? Must find it.

Someone told me last week that it was a much longer film which had huge chunks lopped from it and most people don't notice.P

OP - Thank you - definitely my thread of the week! Hope the flu soon goes, 💐

BikeRunSki · 08/01/2019 07:20
