I've had a New Year's Eve party planned since October, invited sil and our 2 mutual friends, bil and his gf and my mil, my dh was also coming after he finishes work at 11pm. Today all of them have cancelled on me! Dh will still come after work but everyone else has cancelled I have spent over £150 on food and drinks and I feel so pissed off! Also means I'll be at home alone all night untill dh comes home

Pp can't go to the party with them have no babysitter hence the original plan for everyone to come to mine as they would be asleep! Thanks everyone you've made me feel better about it all! Hope you all have a good nye

Yes going to enjoy the food for sure! Dd birthday is 2nd jan so it will definitely be used up, they are not invited to her party anymore 😂
