Doing the new year new me bullshit. I was to be a perfect ten. How much do you weigh and what size do you wear?
I'm a good 12 and about 10stone 8 (before 37 thousand mince pies)

Why is almost everyone on this thread 5 feet 8?!

As Lifeisjustabitshit says above, I reckon at 5'8', one and a half stones equates to a dress size.

5' 8" and 12 stone 10, as of last night. A comfortable 14 with an occasional 12. I'm the same weight now as just after I had ds2 11 years ago

I want to lose a stone or so, but no more - I'm at the age (50) when losing too much would result in a gaunt face/scraggy neck so it's a fine balance.

5’8 - 9 stone. 8-10

I'm 5'8, I was a size 10 at between 9.5 and ten stone. I'm 8 stone 11 now (well, I was just before Christmas!) and a size 8.

5ft 7 and a half. . I've lost 2 stone this year. and half a stone put back on over Christmas 12 stone and I'm a 12-14 on both top and bottom. 10 stone I'm still a 12 on top, but 10 on the bottom.

Clothing sizes are arbitrary, there is no standard! Therefore there’s no such bloody thing as a”‘perfect ten.

I agree with you AgentJohnson, when I was at my lightest 10.5 stone (5'9") and what I though was a perfect size 10 I went wedding dress shopping. Was at a designers shop and the lady measured me and said I was the perfect size 14! (I was so disappointed but the dress was amazing so didn't care too much).

5'8" 60kg (9st 6lb). Size 10. Pre DD3 I was 56kg and that felt better.

5ft 8 (and a little bit!) and current weight 12 stone 7. Big boobs and a big tummy so mostly a size 16 though can sometimes scrape into a 14. I get very frustrated shopping with a friend who weighs slightly more but is a size 12 or 14. Lightest I have ever been as an adult was 9 stone 4 and a size 10. I can't imagine that now!! Would love to lose a stone but it's a constant struggle....

5’8” , 53kg.. but trying to do weights stuff to get more muscles/ heavier but less fat in my body composition

This threads are so unhelpful everyone so different from body type 2 genetics just seeing yourself with someone compared in height and with a different weights or size is not going to help anyone be well

5"9 and 16 stone, size 18. had a baby a month ago and want to get back to 12 stone. I don't think I look good much thinner than that. I was 14stone before the baby.

5’8 and a bit, 11st, size 12. I am a size 10 at 10.3 st. I would mind being 10st 6 again but I can’t be arsed to make the effort. I do care if I go over 11st. It is my benchmark.

I am 5 9; 9.5 stone and a size 10 consistently. I now choose size 12 tips a lot because I want them a bit saggier (as am getting older).

5ft 8 here, just over 12 stone and a size 14. Haven’t been paying attention to what I eat/ drinking too much over the festive period so will be looking to get back to 11 ish in the new year.

I'm 5ft8.5 currently 10st 4lbs and a size 8/10 on top and 10/12 on bottom. I have narrow shoulders, small chest and waist, but a very sticky out bottom and chunky thighs! I am pear shaped since having children. Pre children I was hourglass shaped 😣

Want to lose 4lbs as put those on over December and 10st is my perfect weight. really I need to tone my stomach but I'm far too lazy 😂

5'8" 15st size 20. I was a size 10 at 10st and was told by many people that I was too thin....

But it's very interesting to see how we each carry our weight differently; nothing to do with "helping people be well".
