Haven’t finished icing mine yet but this was last years

Here's mine. A bit basic and the icing was slightly too runny. It was a bit neglected in favour of the Yule log, which I did for the first time this year and will definitely do again.

@mistlewoeandwhine I love yours - Santa the assassin ... actually everyone's is gorgeous. I could never make a cake like these.
