I'm wide awake and in pain! I've been having a gallstone attack since 9pm

Anyone else awake and very cross about it?

im now trying to name my triplet if I just had them.its lots harder than I thougt!

Me! DH has come home more pissed than I have ever seen him. He’s been sick in the bed and, best of all, pissed in it. Not done that before. He definitely won’t be doing it again. So here I am, on the cold sofa, lamenting the fact that I don’t have a fucking patio.

Morning. Wide awake. Had very unsettled night. I've got totally blocked sinuses and in a world of pain yesterday. as a treat DH got takeaway pizza. The fatty food does not agree with my stomach so now got awful pains. My parents are coming up today...joy. I will look half asleep!

I'm awake too - toddler had a night terror about spiders crawling all over him so have just calmed the hysteria, now my anxious pre-Christmas mind is in overdrive and I'm panicking I've taken paracetamol an hour too early and googling 'accidental overdose'

Ouch. Recently had one. Theyre awful especially wheb you havw children to care for (I just didnt want to be near anyone).

for you OP that sounds painful...I went to bed at 11, woke at 2 feeling sick.
Sucked on a mint and was feeling a bit better when at 3.00 DS, 21 fell through the front door and laid in the hallway
Apparently he's not drunk, just abit tired from drinking/clubbing since 9.30
He's now gone to bed after sitting on the kitchen floor eating pizza🤮
And I'm still awake, the cat has now joined me on the bed

Hope pain recedes for any sufferers.
I was asleep a lot of the day yesterday, went to bed at about 10pm and woke up at 3.30am, so I guess I got a couple of hours.
My Dad always says that an hours sleep before midnight is worth two hours sleeping in, so by that logic I got 7 hours lol. Well, if I delude myself. Hope I don't need to nap during the day today and manage to get a proper full NIGHT of sleep tonight. Trying to retrain myself from being asleep all day and up all night.

Wide awake since 1:00am. So I slept from 11pm to 1am. Me and my youngest ds have the cold so all I can hear is coughing. I'm also struggling to breathe when I lie down.

I’m awake. Moving house tomorrow (today!) and can’t switch brain off. Had about 3 hours of v restless sleep and I guess that will have to do!

I'm awake because poor DD (2.5) fell out of bed! I was woken up by the crash bang wallop. We're in a holiday rental for Christmas and she's in a proper bed, which she's not used to. (She's in a big cot at home)

She's now fast asleep again, and DP didn't stir (quite deaf). I won't drop off again for aaaages.

Haven't been sleeping brilliantly anyway lately; have a whole other thread about it in fact.

4wk old currently asleep on my chest and I need to pee.

Another one with the cough here, have just felt so ill with it too, all aches and shivery. Got so much left to do, but have only managed short periods out of bed for the last two days and then feel exhausted. Hope some of you are getting some sleep now. for those in pain.

After being awake in bed 2 hours I’ve given up and come downstairs and made a hot milky drink. Now me and the dog (who’s my shadow since becoming pregnant, where I go she’s goes) are sat on the sofa under a blanket keeping warm.

Be very wary about just putting up with gall stone related pain. It can become pancreatitis and be life threatening.
I ended up very ill in hospital for 10 days.

Got to sleep at 3.50 and DH came home at 4am pissed up

I'm now on Netflix and trying not to strangle him while he sleeps

Fenella I will join you on the first world problems, we are on an overnight Eurostar ski train stuck in Chambery station for hours thanks to French traffic controller strikes. All the lights in the carriage have been on the whole journey and now added to that the insanely bright platform lights. The kids have had about 2 hours sleep total (both awake and trying desperately to keep them quiet), the chairs are squeaking, the door at the end of the carriage keeps opening every time I move a muscle, DH keeps either sniffing or blowing his nose, and there is someone snoring in front of us.

to all those in pain or with poorly DCs. Hope you get some rest and relief today!

I'm awake because I'm heartbroken over a bloody relationship. It's like actual physical pain. Hate it. Last few nights I manage to fall asleep then wake up around 4am feeling shit.

Another one wide awake here. Made the fatal mistake of having an afternoon sleep as I was having a bad day with fatigue due to Ankylosing Spondylitis. Now I'm full of beans!!

I’m awake but that’s not usual for me as I sleep very badly as a rule . It’s just part of my life .
