To be pissed about my Eve mattress?

I bought an Eve mattress in February and by March/April it started to dip! It was on a brand new oak framed bed so no blaming that. Took until a few weeks ago to get it across to their customer service and they sent an “engineer” out. Engineer came over, took a picture of a spirit level on the bed and one of the bed slats. He agreed it had dipped and left.

I then receive an email from Eve to say that they’re glad I signed the paperwork in agreement with the engineer that there was no dip in the mattress. I wasn’t even shown a statement let alone signing one! The response being basically “take us to court then”!

I might add a few points. 1) I weigh 8st and partner 16st - nobody exactly obscenely over weight. 2) the mattress has a removable zip cover, so as the photo was taken from the edge of the bed and the zip pulls the cover tight to the edges it’s not going to show a dip in the middle!

Has anyone had similar with one of these newfangled boxed mattresses? I have musculoskeletal problems and this is not helping.

The engineer did take his shoes off before walking on the carpet though which was nice of him.

As someone said above money saving expert have lots of info on complaining .I don't tweet myself but have had a friend help me after a crap boiler fit (water through 4ceilings and the boiler not connected to the radiators as all copper piping removed and no water or gas for a week also due to the above, took them 3 weeks to resolve that)and a price reduction.

Hi, I know this was a long time ago but hoping you might see my message… did you ever get a refund or new mattress from this awful company? We are in the same position with them. It’s the worst pain when you wake up in the morning!

Hi - I bought a Premium Hybrid Mattress from these crooks before they went into liquidation *How convenient! The top layer of foam split and there was a large hole showing the springs underneath!
Now of course they are trading again as they were bought by Benson's for Beds.
I have emailed the company and been told that as I bought it before the original Eve was liquidated I can't claim under the worthless 10 Year Warranty!
Thanks for your post and the excellent suggestions.
I am also contacting WHICH, as it was there recommendation I bought it after reading - I just think that they ought to know!
In the meantime I am going to war on social media etc etc!

Could you get someone to order another Eve mattress, take advantage of the 90 day guarantee by sending your dippy mattress to them and you keep the new one?

Oh I like your style
