To say something about friends DD?

The last three pictures of her it’s very clear she has problems with her eyes! They turn in towards her nose (I don’t know what that is called) she’s 5 and in school (UK) so I’m unsure if school will have picked up in it and if they would even suggest an eye check?
So I talk to her not very often any more but when we do it’s over texting but whenever I am in the U.K. we meet up, in fact her add is my goddaughter. Should I say something or ask? I don’t want to interfere but I equally don’t want her DD have this overlooked? 😩

You're her godmother and her mother's friend. Of course you should ask about it.

I posted up thread already but just to add please do gently mention it.
My DH has no sight in one eye because his problem was missed by everyone including his parents and school sight tests.
Please say something just do it gently and tactfully.

Thank you everyone. I still feel undecided as I really don’t want to offend but I feel like there might not be anyone else close to them who would say it. Both set of grandparents also live away from them so they’re not around to say something. I will mull it over.

all though it looks bad and you think she might have some thing wrong with her vision,(hence why you think you should day something)

i have a friend in his 40s thats very cross eyed in both eyes, his pupils face his nose

according to him he has perfect vision and sees clearly in front of him so the Opticians cant do anything as its not effected his vision, it just look bad for the person looking at him

maybe she have had them checked and nothing can be done about them them
