I regularly contribute my tuppence worth on MN but I've name changed for this as A) I don't want to be associated with this and B) I feel like a fucking eejit.

So, my sister came round for a visit today and we decided that we would get a dominoes pizza as a treat.
By some weird twist of fate I accidently clicked on the cheese button which added extra cheese. I didn't want extra cheese on my margarita so I clicked the button again and carried on with my order.
Well they sent me this abomination.
Please don't get me wrong, I'm not against tomatoes and pizza base but I bought the pizza for the fucking cheese.
AIBU to think that delicious tomato bread is a delicacy people rarely order from a pizza establishment (please note I am not getting at anyone who is unable to eat cheese/dairy!) they require a phone number, so why didn't they ring to check?
Seriously dominoes, why?!

Oh, that is quite gutting, especially for a Saturday night treat takeaway.

You need to invest in some emergency cheese - the ready-grated stuff, kept in the freezer for emergencies when all the other cheese is eaten.

Just ring them and tell them!! They will send you a new one out, their customer service is amazing! Once I sent them to my old address and rang them to apologise after I had realised. It had already gone out ages ago and I said just bring it cold, they made us fresh.
Another time I got stuck in traffic and arrived for collection late, I apologised and the girl was like oh your pizzas cold, I’ll do you a new one. THEN SHE GAVE ME IT FOR FREE BECAUSE IT WAS COLD! Said it was company policy. Buzzing.

None pizza, left beef is one of the best things on the internet, sometimes I remember it and giggle and then can’t tell anyone what I’ve laughed at as I’d be laughed out of my job!

Definitely ring them, they’re pretty good. I once managed to order sausage on mine and I’m a veggie and they kindly swapped it.

Tbf dominoes is cancelled in our house following the news that the double decadence base has been discontinued!

No cheese? Surely they were only kidding and a lovely hot cheesy one was on its way and the only ones hanging their heads in shame are dominos for sending out an embarrassed naked pizza? Won't someone think of the pizza?

When I first looked at the picture before reading I thought it was going to be a Facebook tatt selling page. So my immediate reaction was that it was a cushion or a board game ! Would it work as either of those ? Could be some consolation

My daughter doesn’t like cheese so that’s what we order. There is no way they would ring and check - they put cheese on as standard - you have to actively take it off so they have assumed you have done this because you don’t like cheese or can’t eat diary - both are very common.

@Honestlynotagain I think I've worked out how it happened. We were ordering today, and DD asked for no cheese because she liked the accidentally cheese free one so much last time. So I clicked on Customise, clicked on "cheese" hoping to unselect it but instead it added "extra cheese" so I clicked on cheese again, and instead of just removing the "extra" it removed all cheese. So there you go! Hope that makes you feel better .
