So I’m on my own tomorrow night and I’m really looking forward to it!

Planning on drinking wine in the bath with my new book, and then cooking myself a nice dinner and watching tv in my pjs.

So looking for nice dinner ideas please Grin what’s everyone’s favourite?

Surely its got to be badger and rice Grin

Or maybe bns curry.

Grumpbum123 · 16/11/2018 15:07

Definitely baked Camembert

I work within shouting distance of M&S so it's got to be a tub of their Honduran tomato and chilli prawns, rocket and pasta. I'm drooling just thinking about it Grin

Lamb chops grilled with oregano, and a greek salad. Truly, truly scrumptious and pretty quick, too.

I’ve gone for a shameful mix of things Blush

Prawn crackers and a bottle of wine which I’m now happily sipping on in the bath.

Got Camembert and some redcurrent jelly for my (second) starter Blush

Lamb shank and dauphinois potatoes which I shall have with whatever veg is in the freezer.

And a big tub of mint ice cream Grin

Anything that involves too much cheese...

Cheese is literally the best thing ever. I intend on eating it every day at least once for the rest of my life!

Sounds good @Stubbornuincorn

Where's mine 😂🙈

DontTouchTheMoustache · 16/11/2018 17:51

Awesome choices OP

Inspired by this thread i have also picked up a camambert and am gonna make spanish meatballs, garlic prawns with chorizo, red wine chorizo and cured meat and parmasan salad. Washed down with some fizz.

This thread owes me 25 quid for all the ingredients 😂😂

There’s a curry that only I like. So it’s treat central if I get to make it. It costs a load of money to make and every other person in the house tosses it around the plate, it’s the most comforting meal like, ever. And a huge treat because it’s made with loads of cream.

Tell me more about this expensive creamy curry . . .

I usually end up having Huel or breakfast cereal if I'm eating alone. I don't think I fit in here very well.
