AIBU to think a breast implant of 360ml won’t be too big?

Help ladies, I have to decide before my appointment tomorrow. Very small AA breasts currently, surgeon has advised using a 360ml implant. They can’t be sure what size this will result in but between a D-DD likely. Can anyone advise? AIBU to think this won’t be too big.

A 28DD is the same volume of boobage as a 30D as a 32C as a 34B as a 36A as a 38AA

Most women wear a back size that's too big and a cup size that's too small

I went into Bravissimo a 34B and came out a 28DD - my boobs hadn't changed size but I was wearing a bra that fitted properly

Talking simply about cup size is meaningless - the same size implant will be a different cup size on different women.
