My one can pinpoint my age almost exactly...... it’s A-ha at the Royal Albert Hall.

No I tell a lie, it was Simply Red at Sheffield Arena. I was 14.

Saw Kylie, The Cure and Michael Jackson late 80's, early 90's with parents. First gig on my own was Blur at Mile End. Saw them around 30 times in total. Still love them.

I think U2 was first

Followed by Simple Minds, wet wet wet, Deacon Blue, Michael Jackson (twice!)

The Beatles! Lewisham Odeon, 1963. They were on with Tommy Roe and Chris Montez. I went with fellow schoolgirls, we bunked off school and took it in turns in the queue for tickets.

After the show we ran around the back to try and catch them coming out - but didn't manage that.
