I've just checked the dates on Wiki and In fact I saw the Stones in 1964 and 65, both times at the Romford Odeon.

They were outings from our all-girls boarding school. I'm surprised they let us go -- we would have been 13/14 and I don't think any adults came with us! .
You couldn't hear any music at all for all the screaming. Grin Blush Great nights.

Hearsay or Blue...can't remember which was first.

However if anyone asks in real life, it was The Calling.

Saves me some face but not much.

I was at a couple of these gigs!

ELO at the NEC Arena in Birmingham, December 1981. I sat about 6 rows from the front.

Still got the t-shirt (and it still fits me too!).

Bev Bevan chucked his drum sticks into the audience at the end. I'm still gutted that I didn't catch them.

Tartyflette · 09/11/2018 22:47

Longway I saw Pink Floyd at Lancaster Uni Summer Ball in June 1969.
That was a real 60s Moment I was there, (have photos) they were undoubtedly there but I cannot remember a single thing about them or their performance. I think Sid was still with them....
