To ask your Friday night plans?

My plan is to get tea (dinner) sorted early, get in my jammies and snuggle down under a throw and watch a cheesy TV Christmas movie with the candles and nibbles.

All 3 dc are with mil for a sleepover

I’m currently sitting in my bathrobe after a lovely shower wearing a face mask, drinking pink gin waiting for dh to get home.

Friends are joining us for dinner and drinks a bit later the food on offer is chicken breast in a spicy tomato sauce with Parmesan, garlic potatoes, corn cobs and a limoncello cheesecake. A few glasss of fizz will be had too

Bath, kids down, steak and netflix. Then bed in my fleecy bedding. Rock and roll. Surely not normal at 28yrs lol

It sounds like most of us are doing the same thing today, it's so cold I'm not surprised.

To those working I hope it's not to much of a bad shift and goes fast.

To those feeling poorly I hope you feel better soon.

I'm in my PJ's, DD (2) is asleep, DS (6) is playing PS4 until the takeaway arrives. DH in the bath. Plans are have a gorgeous takeaway, I'm already drinking wine, sweets later then hopefully be asleep by 9pm! DD is loving her early morning wake ups lately and DH is at work at 5am so no lie in for me 😭

I'm off to karate for a few hours tonight leaving my husband with our gaggle of kids and since the kids are in one of those annoying moods I'm quite happy to leave him to it

I'm off out to stand in the wind and rain (and hopefully occasionally shelter in the pub) to watch our annual carnival. It's a fab event. Huge floats with loud music, loads of lights & all different themes. Always a great night/atmosphere.

Chippy chips, curry sauce and a Harry Potter film with the dds. Lovely.

Just eating homemade pizza. Taking DH out to the pub in a bit and then I’m coming home to chill out in bed and eat all the cakes I made.

Pyjamas, tea, cake, Corrie then Netflix. Heaven!

I was invited out to the pub tonight by some friends but it’s sooo cold, windy and rainy. I can’t be bothered to go out! So I’m enjoying a Friday night in .

Going to see Sense and Sensibilty at Theatre Royal York

Takeaway, wine, catchup tv and a snug blanket is a happening.

Fridays are rarely exciting for us these days (we're, um, quite old!!!). But Cat1 had a minor procedure at the vet today under GA, he's home but dopey and feeling sorry for himself, so lots of quiet TLC for him. But Cat2 still needs to go in & out (Cat1 isn't allowed to), so I have to make sure both are OK with their needs. DP's gone out for a quick drink with a mate just now (I'm fine with that), but I think we'll both have a sleepless night making sure Cat1 is OK - particularly as we're going to have to leave the central heating on for him, so I'm sure we'll both be sweltering as well!!

House clean, fire lit, candles glowing, currently sitting with the dog and a pink gin, waiting for DS and DD to return from respective unis for the weekend for a family party tomorrow, then tucking in to a huge steak and chips and a bottle of red.

Relaxing on the sofa after tea. In a few minutes I'm going to go change into something sexy and spend the evening shagging DP.

Put DC's to bed in the next half hour, order Chinese, drink some beer then fall fast asleep by 10pm I should imagine!

Not much. Currently watching trash on tv.
Going to visit family tomorrow for 2 nights and leaving partner...

Dh has gone out so I’m snuggled on the sofa with the dcs, chocolate and the Lego Movie (for the 5000th time) then bath and early night for me. Bliss - it’s been a hellish week!

Currently sitting in my DD's room waiting for her to go to sleep.

One glass of red wine down, OH putting pizza in the oven and making a salad, will then coerce DS into bed.

More wine then sofa time to watch some more 'Better call Saul' which I HIGHLY recommend if you enjoyed Breaking Bad 👍

DC had a bible group, so they had dinner early. All ready for bed now to DSs are on their PlayStations for a bit, which is a very rare treat in the evening, and DD is pottering about sorting out her book bag and wittering on about proper crap

DH is looking for dinner, mournfully and I’m not hungry so he’s going to be in a mood haha.

Bed for them soon, then we can snuggle, possibly with a sneaky takeaway, and watch Netflix.

Dinner, kids in bed, bit of packing as we're away this weekend then crash on the sofa.

Peeing a lot as I have a really bad bladder infection. Rock and roll.
