Bah! How annoying! I love their popcorn bars. Maybe I'll tweet them. They discontinued their chai lattes for a while - they were delicious and cardamom-heavy and not too sweet, but now they've brought them back and changed the recipe to something not as good.

I still miss their Chocolate Goddess cake from at least ten years ago. It was probably outrageously bad for you, but it was really lovely.

I love their cinnamon danish. Don’t have it often because it has a few thousand calories, but once in a while it’s lovely.

I also love their single size sandwiches.

Shiklah if you're so opposed to eating without washing your hands I am truly baffled to why you wouldn't have a small bottle of hand wash on you.

I hate not being able to wash my hands, but they have napkins and I also manage to eat the danish using the bag it comes in.

I've stopped using pret as much recently. I find the staff at my local shop a little rude. Also the food has diminished in value and quality. If I visit a chain I tend to prefer Nero.

DP manages a high street coffee chain store, he once had a woman come in and she was so angry that they had discontinued her order she complained about it to their head office, blaming the shop for not warning her about the change! DP said he has warned regulars in the past, but he had never seen this woman in his life before, so he would have struggled to warn her!

I’m going to ignore all the serious stuff and add in my sadness around the popcorn bar. To the poster asking about bang bang chicken, it’s back in my local one. I was getting annoyed by its absnese too.

Devastated by the loss of the popcorn bar - Not a massive chocolate fan and that just hit the spot - always would try to get one with lots of caramel drizzled on it and less chocolate.

Suppose will have to power through with a pecan slice!
