I hate hate hate my body shape. I have massive boobs but they're not balanced by my lack of hips.

Am I being unreasonable to yearn for the time when smaller arses were 'in fashion'? I blame the sodding Kardasians for this current need for a massive butt.

I have big boobs and a small bum. It isn’t flat though. I like it and don’t really care what’s in fashion. Husband loves it too. The only thing i don’t like is my tum which has never been flat but at least, having babies, I didn’t have anything to ruin as such unlike my friends who mourned the loss of their washboard stomach after babies.

The person talking about English women’s bums being of a particular shape in a slightly derogatory fashion, what are you on about? As England is a bit of a melting pot of countries/cultures I don’t see how that can be unless referring to Caucasians which is rather broad and can’t really be applied to just the English can it? I myself don’t think a know a single English person that doesn’t have a bit of French/ Spanish/German/ Italian/ Scottish/ welsh/Irish ancestry. Anyway will get off my soap box

I agree that Caucasians don't normally have round bums - it's in the shape of the pelvis

My PT DH says to build glutes you need to eat roughly 300 extra cals a day. But if you want to lose weight concentrate on that first.

It's extremely difficult (if not impossible) to lose weight and build muscle at the same time because you need to be in a calorie deficit for the former and a calorie surplus for the latter.

I think they need to ban Walker Sensations Sweet Chilli crisps for the sake of my figure
