Thanks for sharing this story. I found it very moving. An apparently simple event and yet so extraordinary. It really reminds us that we are all the same throughout time and experience the same emotions, hopes and joys. And - a great photo of your mum Waterlego! TBH the people who feel nothing from reading this and seeing the film must be lacking in empathy and imagination I'm afraid...
