Just received a random email from an ex a few hours ago wishing me happy birthday!!... only its not my birthday, my birthday was 10 days ago so he obviously thought it was the 25th instead of the 15th. aibu to think if you dont know someones birthday dont flipping wish them happy birthday?!

I am not going to respond but like I cant block as dont know how to with out a computer.

You block the emails through your email account not icloud don't you?

Who is your email provider?

If you've got a smart phone with a web browser then you can access your email provider's website.

There is a section on here called Geeky Stuff where you can ask about the specifics, if that would help?

I really am the least techincal person there is, my email is an icloud email address, i googled how to block but it says to log in at icloud.com and my understanding was you need a desktop/laptop to do that? not going to respond as ive already told him not to contact again so would just be repeating myself

I've just had a look on my own which is iCloud also. I can't see a way to block a sender either, I've never needed to use it what a pain the bum not very user friendly at all!
