Been sent the link to Christmas artwork to order cards from school. DS doesn't know what is is either, btw. I showed him the picture on the screen and he confirmed it was his handiwork, but when I asked what it was he said 'I dunno. Not Christmas'. Which just about sums it up... Just... why brown?!

I was thinking that it was two m&s walnut whip things that don't have the walnut. The other thing I was thinking is way too vulgar to repeat and I am horrified at myself!!

Mumteedum · 17/10/2018 20:24

Mmm.. Chocolate tree in snow thinking with belly as usual

Plural · 17/10/2018 20:26

It's definitely robins. I'm surprised there weren't some googley eyes stuck on yo at least give you an indication

Playdonut · 17/10/2018 20:26

It's obviously robins. I'm actually surprised you had to ask!

Soapyb · 17/10/2018 20:27

It reminds me of hey duggie! Robins is a good shout though

Sammymommy · 17/10/2018 20:28

A pizza floating in a snowy sea, for some reason?

Judashascomeintosomemoney · 17/10/2018 20:29

Looks like two slices of chocolate fudge cake on a blue plate.

sayanythingelse · 17/10/2018 20:30

Looks like two old teabags with ravioli on to me

But it's probably robins

Rainbowtrain · 17/10/2018 20:33

"robins in a snowstorm"

SaucyJack · 17/10/2018 20:34

One of those pizza brownies, with orange slices as a decoration.

Vintagegoth · 17/10/2018 20:36

I'm sorry, but he has phoned that in.

RebeccaCloud9 · 17/10/2018 20:37

Mr Hanky The Christmas Poo

CharlieandLolaCat · 17/10/2018 20:38

Thank you OP, this has literally made my evening!

Blondielongie · 17/10/2018 20:41

Why don't you buy lots of googly eyes and your son or you can stick them on so its more obvious?

RadicalFern · 17/10/2018 20:44

If you stuck googly eyes on them they’d look quite a lot like robins...

But if it were me I’d send them out to everyone and say “We’ve got no idea what’s on the card, and DC can’t remember either!”

Didactylos · 17/10/2018 20:44

love it
of course you send it out
and treasure it with all the other inexplicable crap art they produce

RB68 · 17/10/2018 20:46

Oh yes Christmas Comp for the family - win a packet of matchmakers or choccie orange lol

Unicornandbows · 17/10/2018 20:47

It looks like poop floating in water lol no I think Robins

SheeshazAZ09 · 17/10/2018 20:47

Mountaintop removal in a snowstorm. Mountaintop removal is what they do in some parts of the US when they want to mine coal.

MrsMoastyToasty · 17/10/2018 20:49

I can see segments of chocolate orange.

Didactylos · 17/10/2018 20:49

you could do one of those irritatingly boastful Christmas update letters.

...and DS is exploring cubism this year and as you can see the effects of this on the multiple perspectives he has produced while interpreting the concept of the Christmas robin for this card.... we are pretty impressed considering he is only 4....

Didactylos · 17/10/2018 20:50

I would have said a round robin, only they are not really round, are they?

howtobehuman · 17/10/2018 20:52

I love his response. He knows these tasks bullshit! Let him re-do it at home using his free will.

CesareBorgiasUnicornMask · 17/10/2018 20:54

Ooh! Update from the reception parents’ whatsapp - apparently it’s supposed to be ‘Bethlehem at night’. With lit up windows. I am unconvinced.

A member of the KKK who was sprayed brown in some mishap, ostracized by his klan solely because he’s not white, and is now walking away with his head hung in shame as he realises the error of his ways?
