Peter Andre was vilified in the press for supposedly dumping her after a miscarriage. It has never been confirmed who the father was of that baby. I'm not saying it should be confirmed - none of our business, for one, but he would have had very good reasons for walking out of that marriage.

No sympathy on the drink driving charge at all. Whether you're KP, Ant or John Doe, drink driving means you're a dick & you're lucky you didn't cause someone else's death with your selfish actions.

Well I suppose the answer to that is that she wasn't.

Not an Ant fan either but I agree that there's a difference between still being over the limit the next day and actually driving home after a night out. Neither is great but one is a lot more understandable as a mistake.

Amazing that on world mental health day she is stilll being vilified. I don’t necessarily agree that her choices are brilliant but it’s clear to see she has serious issues and she needs help. It’s a shame she doesn’t seem to be surrounded by the right people to point her in the right direction .

Having MH issues doesn't mean that it's acceptable to drink drive. She MAY have made some bad decisions due to being under the 'strain' of her current life, but please, please, using MH as an excuse isn't on. She's not daft, in fact she's allegedly quite savvy, so her decisions were not necessarily made under mental duress.
I agree, if not for herself, for her children's sake she needs help, whatever format that takes. However, she's not above the law, and should be dealt with like any drink driver: harshly.

I feel sorry for Harvey in all of this, he only has one parent who was his whole life , I've heard he's living in a residential home at the moment how incredibly sad for him he must be so confused

I think PA is a good father. He's a media who're like all of them but his commitment to. His children is evident.

If you believe the ‘blind’ gossip and her over the top protestation SS are/have already been involved. It’s unsurprising really. She quite clearly doesn’t have custody of any of the children at the moment, possibly this is why she’s struggling so much.

Nothing excuses drink driving, and if she is vilified more than Ant in the press, I suspect that will be more because of her repeated driving offenses, not her gender.

She's in total self destruct mode. I'm afraid I no longer have any sympathy for her. She's an absolute mess. I feel so sorry for her children.

I also read on a gossip page that she’s a raging coke addict and if you want to know where all her money went, look up her nose. No idea if it’s true or not, but wouldn’t surprise me.

Mh issues do not give you the right to put others in danger. I feel this way about everyone celebrity or not.

The children are the ones I feel for in all this.

I doubt she will get a prison sentence given that she has young kids.

I cynically wondered if this is a publicity stunt. There's been a lot of stories about her recently. I just wondered if she's that desperate to be in the spotlight.
I feel for all the kids, but most of all Harvey. I used to hate KP because she was a glamour model but I changed my mind because of the way she fights for him.

I am exceptionally cynical about all things Katie price and anything that appears in the tabloids has probably been put there by her, any publicity is good publicity right?
Everything about her I find false and insincere.

I’m also repulsed by the videos she puts up on social media of her son Harvey calling various people c*nt, just because he has additional needs doesn’t make that funny or ok.
Don’t wish her or her family harm in anyway but I do wish she would fade away quietly. She clearly can’t live in the public eye and maintain a healthy, happy life.

SPOFS Her children will be rightly taken into account but it wouldn't save her from a prison sentence, particularly when the children are adequately being cared for (and might not even be living with her anyway)

It wasn't Katie's children referred to in that article, it was a female actress, whose tweet was taken down, but the replies can still be seen. I would say you would know who it is in a flash, but it is more likely in a heartbeat....... (not allowed to publish the name)

KP needs to be shipped off to rehab fast, sell her house, and try and make a full recovery so that she can get her kids back.
