Do you have a coffee machine?

And which would you recommend?

I want something that I could have an americano but also a latte if I wanted? Is there an 'all in one' coffee machine? Grin and are they really complicated?

Budget would be around €50 I'd say, seen a tassimo advertised for that in Shaw's yesterday.

Recommendations please?

If you find the coffee very poor in a Nespresso, you're buying the wrong coffee. I have two machines, and the second one I bought recently in John Lews for £41. Can't fault it. The cofee is very hot, it's neat and not too big, and you can buy other pods now (L'or are particularly good).

And the pods can be recycled back to Nespresso if you buy nespresso pods

I've had a Nespresso machine for 10 years now, can't fault them.

I know I'm banging on the same drum here but

  • Just because the pods can be recycled doesn't mean that the majority are.
  • It'd be better if the resources weren't wasted making them in the first place
  • Recycling doesn't necessarily take them back to the same usable material

I’ve got a Delonghi Bean to Cup. About £350 from Argos. It has a frothing attachment and a milk steamer but you have to operate them yourself separately IYSWIM. It’s utterly fantastic.

We have a nespresso and it does get a fair bit of use, i love the flavoured ones you get with it, luckily we have a shop relatively close to us so we can recycle the pods. At the same time aldi do compatible pods which are quite nice too.

The Ninja only uses ground coffee and that's the only waste from this machine. It doesn't come with a nozzle but it does come with a frothing device which froths milk in seconds.

I think pods are completely unnecessary and I can't understand people using them.

@thedevilinablackdress, for most things I'm a reduce, reuse, recycle fiend, but I love my Tassimo coffees and that is my one enviroUNfriendly indulgence.

Can you post photos so I know which ones people are talking about...I'm after one as well.but no idea which one to buy
