I know i’m not BU, but mum and dad are making such a big deal of this that I need opinions. AIBU to hitchhike 400 miles to see Nirvana in concert? I can study for exams when I get back. Mum and dad said they would pay for me to take the coach but that takes all the fun out of it. I never know who I will meet hitching and sometimes my rides give me drugs. And AIBU to sleep in a hedge outside the concert venue? I want to save my money for booze and pills, not waste it on accomodation

AIBU to not want to go to parents evening?! I already know they’re going to say I’m a failure and never do my homework and I disappoint everyone, why should I have to sit through it. If my parents really want to go they can always go on their own.

My mum is soooo unreasonable. I have eaten 5 packets of crisps and a twix bar sat watching grange hill and she wonders why I don't want to eat pasta for dinner. Errr coz I m full up! If I get hungry at midnight I 'll just get a big bowl of cereal fgs.
Also she was bvvu coming in to talk about dinner when grange hill was on. It's the one where Chrissy tells her mum she's pregnant. I wanted silence. She could have taken my little sister out of the room too. Sick of the noise when I m watching tv.
We have all got to shut up when dad watches the news and that is the most boring thing EVER!!!!

My parents are the worst.

First Mum wont buy me anything from Two Seasons or Blue Banana she says it is too expensive to I have to make do with Primark and Matalan GROSS. She won't let me dye my hair black or pink either she says I will regret it when I am older but she doesn't understand this is who I am it isn't a "phase"

Second my dad won't let me wear eyeliner to school my form tutor said I had to take it off but I cried to my head of year and she said it is fiiiiine.
PLUS he won't let me have boys in my room and he says all I think about and talk about is boys. Well if I can't have boys in my room I will just sneak out onto the abandoned railway tracks with the older boy I walk home from school with and let him wank on me.

ALSO they GROUNDED ME UNTILL THE END OF TERM. All because I told them a little fib about going to a concert when I was really getting drunk in a car park... I may have had a little bit too much to drink and then my mates had to call an ambulance. But I am FINE I am nearly 14 FFS I can't wait to be 18 so I can move away and never speak to them again.

I was a nightmare from 12-14 calmed down once I turned 15 I promise....

^^my sore throat was strep and I had to spend a week in hospital on a drip. I was vegan and cos it was the 90s the hospital didn’t really do vegan and fed me soy milk and peanut butter on white bread for every single meal!

Who is right? My economics teacher is saying I’m not allowed to wear my fake ray bans (shades) in class as they are not necessary and I can’t see what I’m writing. But I NEED to wear them on medical grounds because I get hay fever. And the sun is, like, really bright.
